We are a small, family-owned business and carefully prepare each order with intention and care.

Processing Time

We due our best to process orders within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping of $6.95 applies to all orders up to $99.99 within the US.

Orders $100 and over ship free within the United States.

Expedited shipping is available for $25.00.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order has been handed to USPS, we are not responsible for postal delays. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

For whipped tallow: We are not responsible for melting during summer months. Please monitor tracking and retrieve packages promptly.
